HOW TO APPLY
Suggested Usage: Twist the tip of the pencil to desired length. Draw a line at the base of your lashes, then form a wing dragging it outwards. Precaution: Twist tip of the pencil back into tube and snap the cap shut to ensure pencil is ultra-creamy.
